excellent！！ Positive: 这次住的公寓真的超乎我的预期！因为价格并不贵，而且之前的评论不算多，房东提供的照片也很少，所以入住前其实没有抱太大的期待。结果入住之后真的惊喜到我了😭 这么好的房子，真的太可惜没有更多照片和评论了！ 公寓位于34楼，可以看到整个墨尔本的景色！尤其是晚上的夜景真的太美了，我们拍了很多照片📸 位置也非常方便，距离CBD很近，很多景点都可以直接步行到达。当然，附近也有免费的电车可以乘坐。 房子本身也非常新，而且非常干净。厨房、浴室、卧室和客厅里的各种设施都很齐全，入住到现在，这是我们最满意的一次住宿😭 入住前后房东的沟通也非常迅速、顺利，有任何问题都能及时得到回复，整个入住过程非常丝滑，没有遇到任何麻烦。 爸爸妈妈也对这次住宿非常满意。毫不夸张地说，这间公寓让我们在墨尔本多了很多非常美好的回忆😭 真的非常推荐！ This apartment completely exceeded my expectations! The price was quite reasonable, and there weren’t many reviews or photos from the host, so honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations before arriving. But once we checked in, I was genuinely amazed 😭 It’s such a wonderful apartment, and it’s a shame there aren’t more photos and reviews to show how great it is! The apartment is on the 34th floor, with an incredible view over Melbourne! The night view was especially beautiful, and we took so many photos 📸 The location is also fantastic. It’s very close to the CBD, and many of the major attractions are within walking distance. There are also free trams nearby, which makes getting around even easier. The apartment itself is very new and extremely clean. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room were all fully equipped with everything we needed. This is honestly the best accommodation we’ve stayed at so far 😭 Communication with the host was also excellent. They were very quick to respond both before and during our stay, and everything went incredibly smoothly. We didn’t run into a single problem. My parents were also very happy with the accommodation. I’m not exaggerating when I say that staying here gave us so many wonderful memories in Melbourne 😭 We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place! Negative: 没有！除了有一天晚上刮大风 和门接触发出巨大的声音还以为是触发警报吓了一跳 找了半天发现重新关了下门就好了

Neat, clean, responsive Host, convenient to amenities - what more do you need for a short stay! Positive: This was a great place to stay for one or two people for a few nights - close to Southern Cross station and the Skybus Terminal, trams, etc. Enosh was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions or requests - will definitely stay here again. Negative: A small packet of long life milk in the fridge for a cuppa when you arrive would have been nice but there was nothing except the coffee and tea bags themselves (fine if you like black). A minor thing really and did not impact my stay at all.
